REFUND POLICY

PRINTS: Any print that does not meet your satisfaction will be reprinted at no additional charge upon receipt of the rejected print and clear instructions as to adjustments in color.

WORKSHOPS: We have very limited space in our workshops (no more than 25 photo students and 16 art students per workshop). As such, all workshops must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. Deposits to hold your spot in the workshop are allowed anytime and spots will be held on a first come, first served basis. You can cancel for any reason 31 days or more before the workshop and receive a full refund.

We will gladly accept your personal or company check until 30 days prior to the selected workshop. Within 30 days of the workshop, you must pay by credit card. Our refund policy is very simple. Up to 30 days proir to the event, we will provide a full refund if you find you cannot attend. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event.
